The freezing and bursting prevention part (140) is equipped with: a storage part (141) which is installed vertically in the guide part (110) and stores tap water therein; a variable length part (142) which is installed in the storage part (141) so as to be fixed to same, and is formed from a shape memory alloy, the length of which changes in response to temperature; and a moving part (143), which has part thereof inserted into the storage part (141), has the variable length part (142) attached thereto, linearly moves the storage part (141) in accordance with the length change of the variable length part (142), has a discharge hole (143d) for discharging tap water to the outside formed therein, and exposes the discharge hole (143d) to the outside of the storage part (141) when the length of the variable length part (142) changes.

상기 동파방지부(140)는 상기 안내부(110)에 수직하게 설치되며 내부에 수돗물이 저장되는 저장부(141)와 상기 저장부(141)와 고정되도록 상기 저장부(141) 내부에 설치되어 온도에 감응하여 길이가 가변하는 형상기억합금으로 형성되는 길이가변부(142)와 상기 저장부(141)에 일부가 삽입되며 상기 길이가변부(142)가 연결되어 상기 길이가변부(142)의 길이 변화에 따라 상기 저장부 (141)를 선형 운동하며, 외부로 수돗물을 배출하는 배출홀 (143d)이 형성되어 상기 길이가변부(142)의 길이 변화시 상기 배출홀 (143d)을 상기 저장부 (141) 외부로 노출시키는 이동부(143)를 구비한다.
