(১) সংসদ বিধি দ্বারা কোন কোন কৃত্যকের ( ক) যে ব্যক্তিগণ সেক্রেটারী অত্ স্টেট বা সেক্রেটারী অক্ স্টেটইন চাকরির শর্তাবলী আধিকারিকগণের কাউন্সিল কর্তৃক এই সংবিধানের প্রারম্ভের পূর্বে ভারত পরিবর্তন বা সম্রাটের অধীন কোন অসামরিক কৃত্যকে নিযুক্ত হইয়া প্রতিসংহরণ করিতে সংবিধান (অষ্টাবিংশ সংশােধন) আইন, ১৯৭২-এর প্রারম্ভে সংসদের ক্ষমতা।
