In order to provide a novel crystalline body of 1, 1-bis (4-(2-hydroxyethoxy) phenyl)-3, 3, 5 - trimethylcyclohexane and a production method therefor, a production method for a 1, 1-bis (4-(2-hydroxyethoxy) phenyl)-3, 3, 5 - trimethylcyclohexane crystalline body is provided that is characterized by: dissolving a 1, 1-bis (4-(2-hydroxyethoxy) phenyl)-3, 3, 5 - trimethylcyclohexane crystalline body and a 1, 1-bis (4-(2-hydroxyethoxy) phenyl)-3, 3, 5 - trimethylcyclohexane non-crystalline body in at least one solvent selected from methanol and methylethyl ketone; then crystallizing from the solution at a temperature of at least the solvent melting point and no more than 0°C.

Dans le but de fournir un nouveau corps cristallin de 1,1-bis(4-(2-hydroxyéthoxy)phényl)-3,3,5-triméthylcyclohexane et un procédé pour sa production, un procédé de production d'un corps cristallin de 1,1-bis(4-(2-hydroxyéthoxy)phényl)-3,3,5-triméthylcyclohexane est fourni, qui est caractérisé par : la dissolution d'un corps cristallin de 1,1-bis(4-(2-hydroxyéthoxy)phényl)-3,3,5-triméthylcyclohexane et d'un corps non cristallin de 1,1-bis(4-(2-hydroxyéthoxy)phényl)-3,3,5-triméthylcyclohexane dans au moins un solvant choisi parmi le méthanol et la méthyléthylcétone ; puis la cristallisation dans la solution à une température au moins égale au point de fusion du solvant, non supérieure à 0°C.
