The present invention relates to a method for reducing indigo, and more specifically, to a method for reducing natural indigo and synthetic indigo which ensures a simple preparation process and excellent economic efficiency by using low cost and affordable yeast instead of a difficult and complex fermentation process, wherein the method can efficiently increase the uptake of dye by fabrics and simplify a hard reduction process, such as an existing difficult and complex fermentation condition, so that the method can considerably contribute to the field of dyeing using indigo.

La présente invention concerne un procédé de réduction d'indigo et plus particulièrement un procédé de réduction de l'indigo naturel et de l'indigo synthétique, garantissant un processus de préparation simple et un excellent rendement par l'utilisation de faibles coûts et d'une levure peu onéreuse au lieu d'un processus de fermentation difficile et complexe, le procédé pouvant augmenter efficacement l'absorption du colorant par des tissus et simplifier un processus de réduction difficile, tel qu'un état existant de fermentation difficile et complexe, de sorte que le procédé peut apporter une contribution considérable au domaine de la teinture utilisant l'indigo.

본 발명은 인디고의 환원방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 까다롭고 복잡한 발효공정 대신 가격이 저렴하고 구하기 쉬운 효모를 사용하여 제조공정이 간단하고 경제성이 뛰어난 천연 인디고 및 합성 인디고의 환원방법으로, 상기 방법은 효율적으로 직물의 염착량을 증가시킬 수 있고, 기존의 까다롭고 복합한 발효조건 등의 힘든 환원과정을 단순화 할 수 있어 인디고를 이용한 염색분야에 크게 기여할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
