The participants in these workshops are regionally based staff of the Prosecutor-General’s Office, the Colombian Family Welfare Institute, the Administrative Department of Security, the national police force, the Office of the Ombudsman and the Attorney-General’s Office as well as judiciary personnel and provincial government officials.
