The Board recommends that the Microfinance Department of UNRWA pass proper adjusting entries in 2014 to match balances from the register to the ledger by category and include fixed asset modules in the new enterprise resource planning system, which would maintain the link between the asset register and the ledger.

Le Comité recommande au Département du microfinancement de l’Office d’effectuer en 2014 les écritures de régularisation nécessaires pour faire correspondre les soldes de son registre à ceux du grand livre, par catégorie, et d’inclure les modules correspondant aux actifs immobilisés corporels dans le nouveau progiciel de gestion intégré, ce qui permettrait de conserver le lien entre le registre des actifs et le grand livre.
