The General Secretariat of the ministries entrusted to Opsomai the management of the existing multilingual Windows Media live and on demand streaming service, under the control of their video back-office called GCV, which was designed by Quadrille, a longstanding partner of Opsomai. Thus, GCV was interfaced with Opsomai's hosting and streaming cloud platform, and with Opsis Media, Opsomai's Media Asset Management software.
