Des fonds autorisés totalisant 60 412 500 $ sont disponibles : 450 000 $ à même le crédit en raison d’un virement à l’École de la fonction publique du Canada pour entreprendre une étude sur la formation linguistique et 59 962 500 $ d’autres crédits, plus particulièrement 31 507 500 $ du crédit 45 (Conseil privé), 19 497 300 $ du crédit 100 (Patrimoine canadien) et 8 957 700 $ du crédit 1 (Conseil du Trésor) en raison de la restructuration du gouvernement.
