AMCEN directed the secretariat to conduct another round of intergovernmental consultations and incorporate the review comments of member States into the draft revised constitution and submit it for consideration by the Conference at its eleventh session. Eight decisions were adopted by AMCEN at its tenth session on the following themes, discussed in greater detail below
