(د) ضمان حقوق الإنسان لجميع الأطفال المهاجرين العابرين، والحرص على معاملتهم كأطفال أولاً وقبل كل شيء، وفي هذا الصدد، تقديم إرشادات إلى جميع السلطات المعنية بشأن تفعيل مبدأ مصالح الطفل الفضلى في حالة الأطفال المهاجرين العابرين؛

(d) Guarantee the human rights of all migrant children in transit and ensure that they are treated as children first and foremost and, in that regard, provide guidance to all relevant authorities on the operationalization of the principle of the best interests of the child for migrant children in transit;

d) Garantice los derechos humanos de todos los niños migrantes en tránsito y vele por que sean tratados en primer lugar y ante todo como niños y, en ese sentido, proporcione orientación a todas las autoridades competentes sobre la aplicación del principio del interés superior del niño para los niños migrantes en tránsito;
