The present invention applies to the field of molecular biology and biotechnology and relates to a genetically modified non-human mammal, the cells of which incorporate the IRES-EGFP-luciferase construct in the 3'UTR region of the Flt4 gene, which is capable of reporting the expression of the Flt4 gene with a pattern identical to that of expression of the VEGFR-3 receptor.
