Efter at Kommissionen havde erfaret, at den belgiske regering agtede at stifte og finansiere det nye selskab, underrettede den ved telex af 23. januar 1985 den belgiske regering om, at enhver stoette til Boch til at saette virksomheden i stand til at fortsaette produktionen af sanitetsartikler af keramisk materiale paa forhaand skulle anmeldes til Kommissionen.

Die Kommission, die von der Absicht der belgischen Regierung wusste, die neue Gesellschaft zu gründen und zu finanzieren, teilte dieser mit Fernschreiben vom 23. Januar 1985 mit, daß ihr jede Beihilfe, die der Fortsetzung der Herstellung sanitärer Keramikgegenstände von Boch dienen sollten, vorher mitzuteilen ist.

Η Επιτροπή, έχοντας πληροφορηθεί την πρόθεση της βελγικής κυβέρνησης να δημιουργήσει και να χρηματοδοτήσει την εταιρεία, την ενημέρωσε με τέλεξ της 23ης Ιανουαρίου 1985, ως προς το γεγονός ότι κάθε ενίσχυση που επιτρπει την συνέχιση της παραγωγής κεραμευτικών ειδών υγιεινής της Boch πρέπει να αποτελέσει το αντικείμενο προηγούμενης κοινοποίησης στην Επιτροπή.

On learning of its intention to set up and finance the new company, the Commission informed the Belgian Government by telex dated 23 January 1985 that any aid designed to permit the continued production of Boch ceramic sanitary ware should be notified to it in advance.
