وذكرت أنه على الرغم من أن الفصلين الأول والثاني من التقرير يحتويان تباعا على معلومات وقائعية وتقنية، ووصفا للمداولات، فإن اللجنة المخصصة، بعد أن أشارت في الفصل الثالث إلى أن ثمة حاجة إلى مزيد من الوقت لتحقيق تقدم جوهري بشأن المسائل العالقة، فإنها أوصت بأن تقوم اللجنة السادسة في الدورة التاسعة والستين للجمعية العامة بإنشاء فريق عامل يتولى وضع الصيغة النهائية للعملية المتعلقة بمشروع الاتفاقية الشاملة وبإجراء مناقشات بشأن مسألة عقد مؤتمر رفيع المستوى برعاية الأمم المتحدة.

While chapters I and II of the report provided factual and technical information and a description of proceedings, respectively, in chapter III the Ad Hoc Committee, noting that more time would be required to achieve substantive progress on the outstanding issues, had recommended that the Sixth Committee, at the sixty-ninth session of the General Assembly, should establish a working group with a view to finalizing the process on the draft comprehensive convention as well as discussions concerning the question of convening a high-level conference under the auspices of the United Nations.

Mientras que los capítulos I y II del informe proporcionan información objetiva y técnica y una descripción de los procedimientos, respectivamente, en el capítulo III el Comité Especial, observando que se necesitaba más tiempo para lograr adelantos sustantivos respecto de las cuestiones pendientes, recomendó que la Sexta Comisión, en el sexagésimo noveno período de sesiones de la Asamblea General, estableciera un grupo de trabajo con miras a finalizar el proceso del proyecto de convenio general así como las deliberaciones sobre el tema incluido en su programa relativo a la convocatoria de una conferencia de alto nivel bajo los auspicios de las Naciones Unidas.

Tandis que les sections I et II du rapport présentent respectivement des informations factuelles et techniques et une description du déroulement des travaux, dans la section III, le Comité spécial, notant qu’il faudrait plus de temps pour qu’il y ait des progrès significatifs sur les questions encore en suspens, a recommandé que la Sixième Commission de l’Assemblée générale à sa soixante-neuvième session crée un groupe de travail chargé d’établir la version finale du projet de convention générale sur le terrorisme international et de mener à bien l’examen de la question de la convocation d’une conférence de haut niveau sous les auspices de l’ONU.

В то время как в главах I и II доклада содержится, соответственно, фактологическая и техническая информация и описание проведенной работы, в главе III Специальный комитет, отметив, что для достижения субстантивного прогресса по нерешенным вопросам потребуется больше времени, рекомендовал Шестому комитету создать на шестьдесят девятой сессии Генеральной Ассамблеи рабочую группу с целью завершения работы над проектом всеобъемлющей конвенции, а также проведения обсуждений по вопросу о созыве конференции высокого уровня под эгидой Организации Объединенных Наций.
