縁端部近傍で半田付けされる表面実装部品を半田により実装する場合、基板や表面実装部品に反りが発生してしまうと、基板と表面実装部品それぞれの端子の距離が離れてしまい、半田による接続が接続不良になるという課題を解決する。 このため、表面実装部品が縁端部近傍で半田付けにより基板に接続されて構成された表面実装部品の実装構造について、基板の表面実装部品が実装される範囲における半田付けのための接合部相互間に凹部を形成する。
