It was suggested that work on the topic should generally not dwell into the domestic procedures; instead, a possible approach could be to introduce a mechanism to enforce international settlement agreement, possibly modelled on article III of the Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards (New York, 1958)[footnoteRef:14] (the “New York Convention”).
