Dank des katholischen Religionsunterrichts werden Schule und Gesellschaft also durch wahre Wirkstätten der Kultur und der Menschlichkeit bereichert. In ihnen wird der bedeutende Beitrag des Christentums untersucht und die Person befähigt, das Gute zu entdecken und in der Verantwortung zu wachsen, die Diskussion zu suchen und den kritischen Sinn zu schärfen, aus den Gaben der Vergangenheit zu schöpfen, um die Gegenwart besser zu verstehen und bewußt der Zukunft entgegenzugehen.

Thanks to the teaching of the Catholic religion, school and society are enriched with true laboratories of culture and humanity in which, by deciphering the significant contribution of Christianity, the person is equipped to discover goodness and to grow in responsibility, to seek comparisons and to refine his or her critical sense, to draw from the gifts of the past to understand the present better and to be able to plan wisely for the future.

Así pues, gracias a la enseñanza de la religión católica, la escuela y la sociedad se enriquecen con verdaderos laboratorios de cultura y de humanidad, en los cuales, descifrando la aportación significativa del cristianismo, se capacita a la persona para descubrir el bien y para crecer en la responsabilidad; para buscar el intercambio, afinar el sentido crítico y aprovechar los dones del pasado a fin de comprender mejor el presente y proyectarse conscientemente hacia el futuro.
