Dear Sirs, Kindly be informed that on May 5, the Venezuelan Patent & Trademark Office (VPTO) issued an Official Notice informing that as from May 7, 2015 they will be charging an additional fee to the current official fees, corresponding to the procedures listed below.

Nos dirigimos a ustedes en la oportunidad de informarles que con fecha 05 de mayo de 2015 el Servicio Autónomo de la Propiedad Intelectual (S.A.P.I.) emitió un Aviso Oficial notificando que a partir del 07 de mayo de 2015 se cobrará una tasa adicional a las actuales, correspondientes a los trámites que se listan más adelante.
