In carrying out that recommendation, the Centre for Monitoring the Implementation of Legal and Regulatory Acts under the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan conducted a comparative analysis of national laws and the norms of international law in terms of gender equality within the framework of the implementation of the National Plan of Action for the Implementation of the Recommendations of the United Nations Committee on the Elimination of Discrimination against Women on the basis of the consideration of the combined second and third periodic reports of Uzbekistan, which was approved by the interdepartmental working group on 28 December 2007.

A fin de aplicar esta recomendación el Centro de supervisión de la aplicación de instrumentos normativos y jurídicos anexo al Ministerio de Justicia llevó a cabo un análisis comparado de la legislación nacional y las normas del derecho internacional en materia de igualdad de género en el marco de la ejecución del plan de acción nacional para la aplicación de las recomendaciones del Comité para la Eliminación de la Discriminación Racial de las Naciones Unidas formuladas tras el examen de los informes periódicos tercero a quinto de la República de Uzbekistán, aprobado por el Grupo de Trabajo el 28 de diciembre de 2007.

Pour donner suite à cette recommandation, le Centre pour la surveillance de l’application des normes juridiques auprès du Ministère de la justice a procédé à une analyse comparative de la législation nationale et des normes du droit international concernant l’égalité des sexes dans le cadre de l’application du plan national d’action pour la mise en œuvre des recommandations du Comité formulées à l’issue de l’examen des deuxième et troisième rapports périodiques de l’Ouzbékistan, adopté par le groupe de travail interinstitutions le 28 décembre 2007.

Для выполнения этой рекомендации Центром по мониторингу за реализацией нормативно-правовых актов при Министерстве юстиции Республики Узбекистан проведен сравнительный анализ национального законодательства и норм международного права в сфере гендерного равенства в рамках реализации Национального плана действий по выполнению рекомендаций Комитета ООН по ликвидации дискриминации в отношении женщин по итогам рассмотрения Второго и Третьего периодического доклада Республики Узбекистан, утвержденного межведомственной рабочей группой 28 декабря 2007 года.
