Beginners is a mixture between romantic comedy and drama, structured with a series of flashbacks through which will count us three stages of Oliver’s life: his childhood, which was full of complicity with his peculiar mother, her relationship with her father (years after the death of his mother) when this “out of the closet” with 75 years of age and the period after the death of his father, when he meets Anna and unexpectedly finds himself in a peculiar romance full of spontaneity and where they share their personal dramas.
