So, within the same week of entering a twelve- step program I entered a pilates studio and I basically started being fascinated with my movement, this body that I had so betrayed, I became really engaged in grounding, finding the symmetry, finding the strength that the body held for me, what they call that in integrative therapy

Donc, la semaine même où je commençais ce programme de 12 pas, je suis allée dans un studio de pilates et j'ai commencé à être fascinée par mon mouvement, ce corps que j'avais tellement trahi, je me suis occupée à lui donner des fondations, à trouver la symétrie, à trouver la force qu'il tenait en réserve pour moi, ce qu'on appelle une thérapie intégrative.
