Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer strukturierten Beschichtung auf einer Bauteiloberfläche mittels kinetischem Kaltgasspritzen von Festkörperpartikeln, wobei die Struktur dadurch hergestellt wird, dass der Auftreffwinkel des Spritzstrahls auf der bespritzten Oberfläche und/oder das Eigenschaftsprofil der bespritzten Oberfläche zeitlich und/oder örtlich variieren, um durch unterschiedliche Haftbedingungen der gespritzten Partikel auf der bespritzten Oberfläche die Struktur zu erzeugen.

La présente invention concerne un procédé pour fabriquer un revêtement structuré sur une surface de composant au moyen de projection cinétique à gaz froid de particules solides, la structure étant fabriquée par le fait que l'angle d'impact du jet de projection sur la surface revêtue et/ou le profil de caractéristiques de la surface soumise à projection varient dans le temps et/ou localement, afin de générer la structure par différentes conditions d'adhérence des particules projetées sur la surface soumise à projection.
