The method includes: an On-Board Unit (OBU) receives a Beacon Service Table (BST) signal transmitted by a Road-Side Unit (RSU), records the channel number field identification of the RSU in the BST signal, establishes a communication link with the RSU; when the OBU receives the BST signal once again in the region covered by the antenna of the RSU, the OBU checks the channel number field identification in the BST signal received once again, if the channel number field identification is identical with the recorded channel number field identification, then confirms that the BST signal received once again is transmitted by the RSU, and responds the BST signal received once again to complete a payment operation with the RSU.

Le procédé comprend les opérations suivantes : une unité embarquée (OBU) reçoit un signal de table de service de balise (BST) émis par une unité côté route (RSU) enregistre l'identifiant de champ de numéro de canal de la RSU figurant dans le signal BST, établit une liaison de communication avec la RSU ; lorsque l'OBU reçoit de nouveau le signal BST dans la région couverte par l'antenne de la RSU, l'OBU vérifie l'identifiant de champ de numéro de canal figurant dans le signal BST reçu de nouveau, si l'identifiant de champ de numéro de canal est identique à l'identifiant de champ de numéro de canal enregistré, confirme alors que le signal BST reçu de nouveau est émis par la RSU, et répond au signal BST reçu de nouveau afin d'achever une opération de paiement avec la RSU.
