A camera lens module according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: an image stabilization carrier containing a lens barrel; an automatic focus carrier loaded with the image stabilization carrier; a rolling unit for supporting a planar movement, which is perpendicular to an optical axis, of the image stabilization carrier with regard to the automatic focus carrier; a base containing the automatic focus carrier, which is loaded with the image stabilization carrier, such that the same can move forward/backward in the direction of the optical axis; an image stabilization driving unit; and an automatic focus driving unit.
