According to the National Mental Health Program for 2007-2011, for servicing this population of children in the future, multidisciplinary groups made of psychologists, psychotherapists, logopedists, psychiatrist pediatricians are planned, included in the structure of the municipal and rayon Community Mental Health Centers.

En el programa nacional de salud mental 2007‐2011, se tiene previsto formar grupos multidisciplinares de psicólogos, psicoterapeutas, foniatras, psiquiatras del niño, dentro de la estructura de centros de salud de la comunidad en municipios y la región, para atender a esa categoría de niños.
