Framed within the 2nd World Forum on Urban Violence (5 to 8 November) and the 20th World Council of United Cities and Local Governments (UCLG), the Ibero-American Forum will be a space for dialogue gathering global governments and municipality networks from Latin America with the aim of developing joint agreements in relation to the commitment to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in urban environments, where most of the population in the region live.

Este espacio de diálogo, que se desarrollará en el marco del II Foro Mundial sobre las Violencias Urbanas (5 al 8 de noviembre) y del XX Consejo Mundial de la Red de Ciudades y Gobiernos Locales Unidos (CGLU), tiene como objetivo reunir a los Gobiernos locales iberoamericanos y a las redes municipalistas para adoptar acuerdos conjuntos relacionados con su compromiso para hacer efectivo el cumplimiento de los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS) en los entornos urbanos, donde reside la mayor parte de la población regional.
