The territories which in the past have, by plebiscite, approved draft Statutes of Autonomy and which at the time of the promulgation of this Constitution, have provisional self-government regimes, may proceed immediately in the manner contemplated in section 148, subsection 2, if agreement to do so is reached by the overall majority of their pre self-government higher corporate bodies, and the Government shall be duly informed.

Los territorios que en el pasado hubiesen plebiscitado afirmativamente proyectos de Estatuto de autonomía y cuenten, al tiempo de promulgarse esta Constitución, con regímenes provisionales de autonomía podrán proceder inmediatamente en la forma que se prevé en el apartado 2 del artículo 148, cuando así lo acordaren, por mayoría absoluta, sus órganos preautonómicos colegiados superiores, comunicándolo al Gobierno.

Les territoires qui, dans le passé, auraient approuvé par un plébiscite des projets de statut dautonomie et disposeraient, au moment de la promulgation de la Constitution, de régimes provisoires dautonomie, pourront prendre immédiatement les mesures prévues à larticle 148, paragraphe 2, lorsque leurs organes collégiaux supérieur préautonomes le décideront à la majorité absolue; ceux-ci communiqueront leur décision au Gouvernement.

Terytoria, które w przeszłości przyjęły w drodze referendum projekty statutów o autonomii i posiadają, w momencie ogłoszenia niniejszej Konstytucji, tymczasowy ustrój autonomiczny, mogą niezwłocznie wszcząć postępowanie przewidziane w ustępie 2 artykułu 148, jeżeli tak postanowią absolutną większością ich wyższe kolegialne organy preautonomiczne, powiadamiając o tym Rząd.
