وقد اشتركت كولومبيا في الجولة الثالثة للمشاورات المتعلقة بمشروع مدونة قواعد السلوك الدولية لأنشطة الفضاء الخارجي وترى أنه ينبغي وضع مشروع المدونة على نحو يتمشى تماما مع القانون الدولي والموافقة عليه في إطار الأمم المتحدة من خلال عملية تفاوض رسمية.

Colombia had participated in the third round of consultations on the draft international code of conduct for outer space activities and considered that the draft code should be brought fully into line with international law and be agreed within the framework of the United Nations through a formal negotiating process.

Colombia participó en la Tercera Ronda de Consultas sobre el proyecto de Código Internacional de Conducta para Actividades en el Espacio Ultraterrestre y considera que este proyecto de Código debe ajustarse plenamente a las normas del derecho internacional, y acordarse en el marco de las Naciones Unidas mediante un proceso formal de negociación.
