وتشير اللجنة بحق، ضمن أمور أخرى، إلى أهمية إنهاء الطيران غير المشروع من وإلى المناطق التي يتحكم فيها الطالبان، وضرورة منعهم من الحصول على وقود المحركات والزيوت اللازمة لاستخدام المركبات المصفحة.

The Committee, among other things, correctly notes the importance of putting an end to illegal flights to and from the areas controlled by the Taliban and the need to deny the Taliban access to turbine fuel and fluids needed for use in armoured vehicles.
