Andorra was also disappointed at the failure to come to any positive agreement either at the 2005 Review Conference of the Parties to the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons (NPT) or at the Conference to Review the Progress Made in the Implementation of the Programme of Action to Prevent, Combat and Eliminate the Illicit Trade in Small Arms and Light Weapons in All Its Aspects earlier this year.
