وعلى النحو المشار إليه في وثيقة الميزانية، سيعين الأمين العام فريقا من خبراء الانتخابات الأقدم، سيقدم تقاريره مباشرة إلى الأمين العام عن طريق وكيل الأمين العام للشؤون السياسية؛ وتتعلق الوظائف والمهام المبينة في هذا الصدد بأمانة الفريق التي ستتخذ من كاتماندو مقرا لها.

As indicated in the budget document, the Secretary-General will appoint a team of senior election experts which will submit its reports directly to the Secretary-General, through the Under-Secretary-General for Political Affairs; the positions and functions described therein relate to the secretariat of the team, which will be based in Kathmandu.
