The opening ceremony will be borne by Francisco López Rodríguez, Director General of Promotion and Dissemination of Culture Department of Culture and Tourism of the Galician Goverment and among the speakers participating in the course find Lino Lema Bouza (Head of the Fisheries Development in the Department of Sea of the Galician Government), Pablo Carrera (Director of the Museo do Mar - Museum of the Sea) and Victor Fernandez Gonzalez (President of the Federación Galega pola Cultura Marítima e Fluvial - Galician Federation for the Maritime and Fluvial Cultural), all linked in some way to project DORNA.

El acto de inauguración correrá a cargo de Francisco López Rodríguez, Director General de Promoción y Difusión de la Cultura de la Consellería de Cultura y Turismo y entre los ponentes que participan en el curso encontramos a Lino Lema Bouzas (Jefe del Servicio de Desarrollo Pesquero); Pablo Carrera (Director del Museo do Mar) y Víctor Fernández González (Presidente de la Federación Galega para a Cultura Marítima e Fluvial), todos ellos vinculados de alguna manera al proyecto DORNA.
