With respect to the benefit of housing, they indicated that the Peruvian State adjudicated to the Ministry of Justice the land located in Huapicha, so as to give a lot to the next-of-kin of the victims included in sections (c) and (d) of the Joint Press Release, with respect to which the State continues to take actions to clear title and prepare that land for the purpose of adjudicating title to the lots.

Concretamente, con respecto al beneficio de la vivienda indicaron que el Estado peruano adjudicó al Ministerio de Justicia el terreno ubicado en Huapicha, a fin de otorgar un lote a favor de los familiares de las víctimas comprendidas en los literales c y d del Comunicado de Prensa Conjunto, respecto de lo cual el Estado aun continua realizando acciones de saneamiento y habilitación de dicho terreno, con la finalidad de adjudicar en propiedad los lotes.
