The younger branch stems, on the male side, from a family of priests in Närke county, Lindblom – the eldest known ancestor being the tenant farmer from Koffsta in Glanshammar’s parish in Örebro, Olof Nilsson (1640-1721) – and on the female side from the North Italian Princely House of Pallavicino, the marquesses of Scipione.
