While it is true that the author had obtained a booking with the Press Gallery for the Charles Lynch Press Conference Room and that this booking was made inapplicable through the motion passed unanimously by Parliament to exclude the author's access to the Parliamentary precincts, the Committee notes that the author remained at liberty to hold a press conference elsewhere

Con todo y que es cierto que el autor ha conseguido reservar la Galería de la Prensa de la sala Charles Lynch y que la reserva quedó sin efecto en virtud de la moción aprobada unánimemente por el Parlamento de no darle acceso al recinto parlamentario, el Comité señala que todavía podía celebrar una conferencia de prensa en otro lugar
