The revised Code defines three types of conduct: “promoting” (initiating or furthering something to ensure its achievement; taking the initiative to bring about or achieve something), “facilitating” (making it easy or possible to carry out something or to achieve an aim) and “aiding and abetting” (helping, assisting someone; supporting an intention, undertaking or opinion; doing someone a favour).

Con la reforma, se tipifican tres conductas: "promover" (iniciar o adelantar una cosa, procurando su logro, tomar la iniciativa para la realización o el logro de algo), "facilitar" (hacer fácil o posible la ejecución de una cosa o la consecución de un fin) o "favorecer" (ayudar, amparar a uno; apoyar un intento, empresa u opinión; dar o hacer un favor).

La réforme a conduit à incriminer trois comportements : "encourager" (amorcer ou promouvoir quelque chose, en tâchant de l’obtenir, prendre l’initiative de réaliser ou d’obtenir quelque chose), "faciliter" (rendre facile ou possible l’exécution de quelque chose ou la réalisation d’une fin) ou "favoriser"(aider ou protéger quelqu’un; appuyer un projet, une entreprise ou une opinion; rendre service).
