The shielding mechanism comprises: a frame (5) which circumscribes the exit window (3); a shield (6) which is capable of opening and closing the part circumscribed by the frame (5); and a pressing device (11) which when closing the frame (5) with the shield (6), presses the shield (6) against the frame (5) to seal a void space (10) in order to shield the film (4) from the sterilization gas.
