3.7 The Consultant shall ensure that ownership of copies, and, at the request of CIDA, the original, of the intellectual property rights subject-matters specified in Final Lists I, II, III and IV is transferred to Her Majesty, and shall be transferred to the recipient and any person involved in the performance of the contract or the implementation of the project as provided in the contract.

L'approbation du plan de travail devrait se faire soit sous la forme d'un échange de lettres signées par les parties gérant le contrat, dans les limites du pouvoir qui leur a été délégué, soit par la signature du plan de travail comme tel en guise d'approbation, tout en tenant compte des termes et conditions du contrat.
