It should be noted that, under article 74/4 of the Act of 15 December 1980, a carrier which has transported to Belgium a passenger who is not in possession of the documents required to enter the country (as a rule a valid national passport, together with a visa where applicable), or who falls into one of the other categories referred to in article 3 of the Act, must transport him or arrange for him to be transported to the country from which he comes or a country into which he may be admitted.

Hay que señalar que, en virtud del artículo 74/4 de la ley de 15 de diciembre de 1980, el transportista que haya llevado a Bélgica a un pasajero que no tenga los documentos necesarios para entrar en el territorio (en general, un pasaporte nacional válido con un visado cuando proceda), o que se encuentre en alguno de los otros casos previstos en el artículo 3 de la ley, debe transportar o hacer transportar a esa persona al país del que proceda o en el que pueda ser admitido.

Il est à remarquer qu’en vertu de l’article 74/4 de la loi du 15 décembre 1980 précitée, le transporteur, qui a amené en Belgique un passager dépourvu des documents requis pour l’entrée sur le territoire (en général, un passeport national valable, revêtu, le cas échéant, d’un visa) ou se trouvant dans un des autres cas visés à l’article 3 de la loi, doit le transporter ou le faire transporter dans le pays d’où il vient ou où il peut être admis.

Следует отметить, что в соответствии со статьей 74/4 закона от 15 декабря 1980 года перевозчик, который доставил в Бельгию пассажира, не имеющего документов, необходимых для въезда на территорию страны (как правило, действительный национальный паспорт с визой, если таковая требуется), или находящегося в иной ситуации, предусмотренной статьей 3 указанного закона, должен доставить его или обеспечить его доставку в страну, из которой он прибыл или в которую он может быть допущен.
