وفي هذا السياق، قام المركز في الفترة من 8 إلى 12 أيلول/سبتمبر 2003 بتنظيم حلقة عمل في ياوندي لتدريب المدربين للقوات المسلحة وقوات الأمن في منطقة وسط أفريقيا دون الإقليمية، بالتعاون مع حكومة الكاميرون، وأمانة الجماعة الاقتصادية لدول وسط أفريقيا، ومعهد الكاميرون للعلاقات الدولية.

In this context, from 8 to 12 September 2003 the Centre organized in Yaoundé a training of trainers workshop for the armed and security forces in the Central African subregion, in collaboration with the Government of Cameroon, the secretariat of the Economic Community of Central African States (ECCAS), and the International Relations Institute of Cameroon.

En ese sentido, organizó del 8 al 12 de septiembre de 2003 en Yaundé un taller de capacitación de formadores para las fuerzas armadas y de seguridad de la subregión del África central, en colaboración con el Gobierno del Camerún, la secretaría de la Comunidad Económica de los Estados de África Central (CEEAC) y el Instituto de Relaciones Internacionales del Camerún.
