Cook training, security guard training, computer training and English language training are the programs that BDS is conducting these years. BDS also provided higher education scholarships to 75 community members from around Nepal. With the generous support of the organizations like LLH, European Union, HIVOS, Astraea Foundations Inc, RFSU, Danish Embassy, Norwegian Embassy, Open Society Institute (OSI), UNDP/DFID, British Embassy, Dutch Embassy, CCO/CIDA, BDS is able to carry on its vision to establish the fact that the sexual and gender minorities are the part of this society and they have the rights to enjoy freedom and equality as other Nepalese citizens in Nepal. The community people are optimistic and they never lose hope in building inclusive and just society where any individuals, be they from whatever background, can have space in this society.

अदालतले आदेश दिएको करिब डेढ वर्षपछि सरकारले २०६६ वैशाख २१ मा मन्त्रिपरिषद्को निर्णयबमोजिम स्वास्थ्य मन्त्रालयका डा.लक्ष्मीराज पाठक संयोजक रहने गरी समाजशास्त्री प्रा.डा. चैतन्य मिश्र, वातावरण मन्त्रालयका तर्फबाट चण्डेश्वर आचार्य, मानव अधिकार आयोगका तर्फबाट वासुदेव बजगाईँ,कानुन मन्त्रालयबाट हुमबहादुर केसी, नेपाल प्रहरीबाट विश्व अधिकारी र रिट निवेदकका तर्फबाट अधिवक्ता हरि फुयालसमेत सदस्य रहने गरी सात सदस्यीय समिति गठन गरेसँगै नेपालमा समलिंगी विवाहको भविष्यबारे अध्ययन सुरु भएको हो ।
