تقديم تقرير نهائي إلى المجلس، عن طريق اللجنة، وفي موعد غايته خمسة عشر يوما قبل انتهاء ولاية فريق الرصد، يشمل جميع المهام المبينة أعلاه كي ينظر فيه المجلس؛

To submit, for consideration by the Council, through the Committee, a final report covering all the tasks set out above, no later than fifteen days prior to the termination of the mandate of the Monitoring Group;
