أحاطت الجمعية العامة علما، في الفقرتين 1 و2 من قرار ها 54/101، المعنون “اتفاقية حصانات الدول وممتلكاتها من الولاية القضائية”، بتقرير الفريق العامل المعني بحصانات الدول وممتلكاتها من الولاية القضائية والتابع للجنة القانون الدولي، المرفق بتقرير اللجنة عن أعمال دورتها الحادية والخمسين (1)؛ وحثت الدول التي لم تقدم بعد إلى الأمين العام تعليقاتها وفقا لقرار الجمعية العامة 49/61 المؤرخ 9 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 1994، على القيام بذلك، كما دعت الدول الأخرى إلى أن تقدم خطيا إلى الأمين العام تعليقاتها عن تقرير الفريق العامل في موعد أقصاه 1 آب/أغسطس 2000.

In paragraphs 1 and 2 of its resolution 54/101 of 9 December 1999, entitled “Convention on jurisdictional immunities of States and their property”, the General Assembly took note of the report of the Working Group of the International Law Commission on jurisdictional immunities of States and their property, annexed to the report of the Commission on the work of its fifty-first session;1 urged States, if they had not yet done so, to submit their comments to the Secretary-General in accordance with General Assembly resolution 49/61 of 9 December 1994, and also invited States to submit in writing to the Secretary-General, by 1 August 2000, their comments on the report of the Working Group.

En los párrafos 1 y 2 de su resolución 54/101, de 9 de diciembre de 1999, titulada “Convención sobre las inmunidades jurisdiccionales de los Estados y de sus bienes”, la Asamblea General tomó nota del informe de la Comisión de Derecho Internacional sobre las inmunidades jurisdiccionales de los Estados y de sus bienes, que figuraba en el anexo del informe de la CDI sobre la labor realizada en su 51° período de sesiones1; exhotó a los Estados que aún no lo hubiesen hecho a que presentasen sus observaciones al Secretario General de conformidad con la resolución 49/61 de la Asamblea General, de 9 de diciembre de 1994, e invitó también a los Estados a que presentasen por escrito al Secretario General sus observaciones sobre el informe del Grupo de Trabajo, a más tardar el 1° de agosto de 2000.

Aux paragraphes 1 et 2 de sa résolution 54/101 du 9 décembre 1999, intitulée « Convention sur les immunités juridictionnelles des États et de leurs biens », l’Assemblée générale a pris note du rapport du Groupe de travail de la Commission du droit international sur les immunités juridictionnelles des États et de leurs biens, annexé au rapport de la Commission sur les travaux de sa cinquante et unième session ; a demandé instamment aux États qui ne l’auraient pas encore fait de communiquer leurs observations au Secrétaire général conformément à la résolution 49/61 de l’Assemblée générale en date du 9 décembre 1994, et a invité également les États à soumettre par écrit au Secrétaire général, au plus tard le 1er août 2000, leurs observations sur le rapport susmentionné du Groupe de travail.

В пунктах 1 и 2 своей резолюции 54/101 от 9 декабря 1999 года, озаглавленной «Конвенция о юрисдикционных иммунитетах государств и их собственности», Генеральная Ассамблея приняла к сведению доклад Рабочей группы по юрисдикционным иммунитетам государств и их собственности Комиссии международного права, содержащийся в приложении к докладу Комиссии о работе ее пятьдесят первой сессии1; настоятельно призвала государства, если они еще не сделали этого, представить свои замечания Генеральному секретарю в соответствии с резолюцией 49/61 Генеральной Ассамблеи от 9 декабря 1994 года, а также призвала государства представить в письменном виде Генеральному секретарю к 1 августа 2000 года свои замечания по докладу Рабочей группы.
