• 1) $15 million to support a Pan American Health Organization (PAHO) and the United Nations International Children's Emergency Fund (UNICEF) program which will build capacity and coordinate the work of the organizations giving the vaccinations; 2) $1 million to the International Development Research Centre (IDRC) for research to improve the health system's delivery of immunization programs; 3) $1.5 million to support an initiative involving Haiti, Brazil and Canada which will strengthen the Ministry of Public Health and Population's Expanded Vaccination Program and improve the delivery of vaccines through a refrigerated distribution chain.

Le PAPEV comporte trois volets : 1) 15 millions de dollars en appui à un programme de l'Organisme Pan-américain de Santé (OPS) et du Fonds des Nations-Unies pour l'enfance (UNICEF) qui vise le renforcement des capacités et la coordination des organisations publiques et privés qui dispensent la vaccination. 2) 1 million de dollars en appui au Centre de recherches pour le développement international (CRDI) pour la recherche en vue d'améliorer la capacité du système de santé de conduire des programmes d'immunisation.
