Das Restaurant erstreckt sich über vier Stockwerke, die die einzelnen Bereiche beherbergen: Rezeption, Delikatessenladen, Holzofen, ein privates Speisezimmer für private Gesellschaften mit Empfangshalle im Untergeschoss, zwei Speisezimmer a-la-carte, Weinkeller und Gäste-Bäder. Die einzelnen Stockwerke sind über eine Treppe und einen für Rollstuhlfahrer geeigneten Aufzug miteinander verbunden.

The restaurant covers four floors on which the various sections of the establishment are located: reception, delicatessen shop, wood-burning oven, a private room with hall on the ground floor for a more intimate and cosy atmosphere, two à la carte rooms, wine cellar and customer toilets, all floors being connected by stairs and a disabled-access lift.

Le restaurant s’étend sur quatre étages accueillant les différents services : réception, boutique d’épicerie fine, four à bois, un salon privé avec hall à l’étage du bas pour une ambiance plus intime et confortable, deux salons pour les jeux de cartes, cave et bains pour les clients. Les étages communiquent entre eux par un escalier et un ascenseur adapté aux personnes handicapées.
