تأييد خطة العمل التي أقرتها قمة الاتحاد الأفريقي الاستثنائية الخاصة ببحث وتسوية النـزاعات في أفريقيا (طرابلس - 30-31 آب/أغسطس 2009)، التي أكدت على الحرص على وحدة وسلامة الأراضي القمرية وفقا لقرارات الاتحاد الأفريقي المتعلقة بجزيرة مايوت القمرية، والدعوة لإعادة تفعيل مجموعة الدول السبع المعنية بجزيرة مايوت، وضرورة عقد اجتماع لها على هامش الجمعية العامة للأمم المتحدة، وتأكيد أنه لا يجوز قانونيا المس بسلامة أراضي القارة الأفريقية من خلال استفتاءات تنظمها قوى أجنبية على الأراضي الأفريقية؛

To back the action plan adopted by the extraordinary summit of the African Union (Tripoli, 30-31 August 2009) on the investigation and settlement of disputes in Africa, which affirmed the desire for the unity and integrity of Comorian territory in accordance with the resolutions of the African Union relating to the Comorian island of Mayotte; to call for the re-activation of the Committee of Seven on the Question of the Comorian Island of Mayotte and the need for a meeting of this group on the sidelines of the General Assembly of the United Nations; and to affirm that, in law, the territorial integrity of the African continent may not be infringed by referenda organised by foreign powers on African soil;

Respaldar el plan de acción adoptado por la cumbre extraordinaria de la Unión Africana (Trípoli, 30 y 31 de agosto de 2009) sobre la investigación y solución de los conflictos en África, que manifestó el deseo de unidad e integridad del territorio comorano en conformidad con las resoluciones de la Unión Africana relativas a la isla comorana de Mayotte; pedir la reactivación del Comité de los Siete sobre la cuestión de la isla comorana de Mayotte y la necesidad de una reunión de este grupo de forma paralela a la Asamblea General de las Naciones Unidas; y confirmar que, en virtud del derecho, la integridad territorial del continente africano no puede infligirse con referendos organizados por potencias extranjeras en suelo africano;

Поддержать план действий, принятый на чрезвычайной встрече Африканского союза на высшем уровне (Триполи, 30–31 августа 2009 года), по вопросу рассмотрения и урегулирования споров в Африке, в котором подтверждается стремление к единству и целостности коморской территории в соответствии с резолюциями Африканского союза относительно коморского острова Майотта; призвать к восстановлению деятельности Комитета семи по вопросу о коморском острове Майотта и к проведению заседания данного Комитета вне регламента Генеральной Ассамблеи Организации Объединенных Наций; а также подтвердить, что в соответствии с действующим законодательством территориальная целостность Африканского континента не может быть нарушена в результате референдумов, организуемых иностранными державами на территории Африки.
