The present invention provides a driving method for an image sensor in which pixels are arranged in a matrix form along row lines and column lines and which has a waiting mode and an image obtaining mode, the driving method for an image sensor comprising the steps of: when sequentially selecting a row line, applying a gate signal, and reading out a data signal for each frame in the waiting mode, calculating a variation between the data signal of the currently selected row line and the data signal of the same row line in the previous frame; and if the variation is greater than or equal to a threshold value, determining that light has been radiated.

La présente invention concerne un procédé de commande pour un capteur d'images dans lequel des pixels sont agencés en forme de matrice le long de rangées et de colonnes et qui possède un mode attente et un mode obtention d'images, le procédé de commande pour un capteur d'images comprenant les étapes consistant à : appliquer, lors de la sélection séquentielle d'une rangée, un signal de grille et extraire un signal de données pour chaque trame en mode attente, calculer une variation entre le signal de données de la rangée actuellement sélectionnée et le signal de données de la même rangée dans la trame précédente ; et si la variation est supérieure ou égale à une valeur seuil, déterminer qu'une lumière a été émise.

본 발명은 행라인과 열라인을 따라 매트릭스 형태로 화소가 배열되고, 대기모드와 영상획득모드를 갖는 이미지센서 구동방법으로서, 상기 대기모드에서 프레임 별로 순차적으로 행라인을 선택하고 게이트신호를 인가하여 데이터신호를 독출함에 있어서, 현재 선택된 행라인의 데이터신호와 이전 프레임에서의 동일 행라인의 데이터신호 간 변화량을 산출하고, 상기 변화량이 임계값 이상이면 광조사로 판단하는 단계를 포함하는 이미지센서 구동방법을 제공한다.
