وفي 14 نيسان/أبريل 2004، قام مكتب السجل العقاري بتسجيل القطعتين 2008/1 و2 باعتبارهما ملكاً للدولة مستنداً إلى شهادة المصادرة المؤرخة 30 نيسان/أبريل 1982.
