أن تضمن تنفيذ برنامج عمليات الولادة القيصرية بفعالية واتساق في كامل إقليم الدولة الطرف، وذلك بنشر المعلومات الكافية على النساء، لا سيما في المناطق الريفية، وتعزيز التنسيق بين المرافق الصحية والوكالة الحكومية التي تدير البرنامج وإنشاء نظام للرصد والمساءلة للتصدي لسوء سلوك موظفي الصحة؛

To ensure the effective and consistent implementation of the free caesarean section programme throughout the State party, by adequately disseminating information to women, especially in rural areas, enhancing coordination between health facilities and the State agency administering the programme and establishing a monitoring and accountability system to address the misconduct of health personnel;

Asegure la aplicación eficaz y coherente del programa de parto por cesárea gratuito en todo el Estado parte, difundiendo la información pertinente entre las mujeres, sobre todo en las zonas rurales, mejorando la coordinación entre los centros de salud y el organismo estatal encargado de administrar el programa, e instaurando un sistema de supervisión y rendición de cuentas para abordar la falta de conducta del personal sanitario;
