Die revolutionäre Hauptaufgabe der Regierung der DVRK besteht darin, in der nördlichen Landeshälfte die Volksmacht zu festigen, durch die zügige Forcierung der drei Revolutionen – der ideologischen, der technischen und der kulturellen Revolution – den vollständigen Sieg des Sozialismus zu erringen und nach dem Prinzip der Souveränität, der friedlichen Vereinigung und des großen nationalen Zusammenschlusses das Vaterland zu vereinigen.

It is the fundamental revolutionary task for the Government of the Republic to achieve the complete victory of socialism in the northern half of Korea by strengthening the people’s power and vigorously performing the three revolutions-the ideological, technological and cultural-and to reunify the country on the principle of independence, peaceful reunification and great national unity.
