Executive direction and management falls under the responsibility of the Executive Director, supported by the Deputy Executive Director, and includes the Policy and Strategic Planning Unit, the Evaluation Unit, the secretariat of the Governing Council, the Division of External Relations and the liaison offices in New York, Geneva and Brussels.
